1. Bio Tech Pharmacal, Inc™ is not responsible for taxes and/or duties applied to international shipments. We are not liable for packages refused or held for delivery. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error on the part of the customer or orders seized by Customs.
2. The countries outlined below prohibit the sale of products containing the indicated ingredients; lending to the fact that we may be unable to fill an order for them if you live in one of the listed countries.
3. This information is provided based on our knowledge and experience and is subject to change at any time.
4. The information listed below is meant to be a reference guide for customers, but does not contain information for all countries currently equipped with ordering capability.
5. Due to continually changing regulation we cannot guarantee receipt of any order shipped internationally, or that the information listed above includes all restricted items based on current legislation.

International Prohibited Items

If you see a product listed under the name of the country you are shipping to, please do not place your order.  Your order will be cancelled by our customer service team.

 

Australia, New Zealand

Products containing the following ingredients are prohibited from being shipped on orders to Australia.

• Lithium

Products containing the following ingredients are prohibited from being shipped on orders to New Zealand.

• Melatonin
• Vitamin D3 products containing more than 1,000IU vitamin d per capsule
• Lithium

The following products is prohibited from being shipped to Singapore.

• B-Stress
• Vita-Min

 

Austria, Belgium,Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Products containing the following are prohibited from being shipped on orders to the above countries.

• D3 products containing more than 2,000IU vitamin d
• Lithium
• Ginkgo Biloba
• Sage extract

Orders containing less then 3mg of Melatonin may be shipped to Switzerland.

Orders containing up to 5,000IU of Vitamin D3 may be shipped to the United Kingdom.

The following products are prohibited from being shipped to Austria, Germany, Hungary and Poland.
